2010 Camper Information
Camp Casey is a week-long summer camp on Whidbey Island for children with physical disabilities.
Camp Dates:
Sunday, August 1 to Saturday, August 7, 2010.
Before you apply
If you did not answer "yes" to all of these questions:
While everyone is welcome to apply, we recommend you contact us to find out if camp is appropriate for your child. Please email questions to: apps@campcasey.org
If you would still like to apply, please click "Next."
If you answered yes to all of these questions:
Please complete and submit your child's application. It will help us if you would include as much information as possible. Upon receipt, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.

Be sure to have the following information:
- Any medical insurance information, emergency contact information, prescription information
- Make sure you have 20-40 minutes available to complete the form. You must complete the application in one session.

We will need signed origional copies of the following two forms for all campers attending camp.
